Service Value Mapping
There is a great need for service provider organizations, public and private, to report more effectively on the creation of value for their stakeholders.
The Value Mapping knowledge area provides a way of understanding stakeholders to enable targeting the most ‘profitable’ customers, forge better relationships with suppliers and reduce the cost of providing service. It also helps focus your organization’s efforts on creating value where it is most relevant to your stakeholders and deliver what customers and suppliers want.
Charter Statement:
-
To document the value the service provider organization delivers to its customers by associating provider activities through use of a formalized mapping method to the desired results and objectives of the customer.
