The term ‘capability’ is the ability of an organization, role or person to execute a specified course of action within a defined range of complexity, context and purpose. Capability results from learning and is specified in terms of knowledge, skill, abilities and values.
The capability management knowledge area defines the policies and procedures to operate and capability model for all service provider organization responsibilities.
