Service Quality Planning

The service quality planning (SQP) knowledge area sets the quality objectives and specifies the policies and procedures to operate and manage the service provider organization’s quality management system.

The SQP activities are performed at all levels of planning, strategically to ensure the quality of the organization’s performance, and operationally to manage the quality of Service (QoS) through the development of a service quality plan at the service portfolio and service level.

Charter Statement:

  • To develop and operations manage any plan focused on the quality of the service provider organization, service portfolio, or service offering.
