The Service Management Society

The program, in the form of the Service Management Qualification Scheme (SMQS) is now managed and operated by the Service Management Society.

The Service Management Society, Inc. ("SM-S") is a non-profit corporation organized to support individuals, groups and organizations interested or engaged in furthering the profession and discipline of Service Management.

A primary objective of the Society is to " Establish a qualification scheme for the service management professional supported by a community-led management and improvement program".
