Credentials
The USMBOK is the basis for professional training and the standards-based service management qualification scheme (SMQS) designed to further the career aspirations of service management professionals.
Earning a professional credential means that you have:
- Demonstrated the appropriate education and/or professional experience;
- Gained an acceptable level of understanding, recall and use of the concepts, terms, methods and best practices described within the USMBOK;
- Passed a rigorous examination;
- Committed to maintaining your credential by meeting continuing certification requirements.
