The "Service Connections" service hosted by Service Management 101 provides the service management professional community with the opportunity to discuss all aspects of service management, exchange ideas and views, and contribute to, and extend the Universal Service Management Body of Knowledge (USMBOK).

The Service Connections site provides the following services:
- A discussion forum for the USMBOK in general and for each of the Knowledge Domains and Knowledge Areas;
- A discussion forum for how to extend the scope and content of the USMBOK;
- A download area for complimentary USMBOK related documents;
- Blogs managed and moderated by industry thought leaders.
The USMBOK area of the Service Connections service is provided on a complimentary basis in exchange for a registration and the opportunity to receive occasional information on USMBOK related items.
